StageCut is published by Greenhead Productions, LLC. This page explains how to delete your StageCut account and the data connected to it. You can do it inside the app, or — if you have already uninstalled it — by email.
Open StageCut.
If you are only a band member, your account is deleted immediately. If you lead a band, see the timing below
Email patrick@greenheadproductions.com with the subject Delete my StageCut account.
Send it from the email address your StageCut account uses — that is how we confirm the request is really yours. We cannot action a request sent from a different address.
We will confirm by email when the deletion is complete. Requests are handled within 7 days of receipt; if you lead a band, the 30-day wind-down below still applies and the confirmation comes at the end of it.
If you are a band member: your account and the personal information tied to it are deleted right away. You are removed from the bands you joined. Your past gigs stay in the band's own records, which belong to the band leader. To rejoin later you would need a new invitation.
If you lead a band: your bands become read-only immediately, and 30 days later your account and the cloud copy of your bands are permanently deleted — every synced gig, payout total, roster entry and backup snapshot. During those 30 days you can cancel the deletion by signing back in. We confirm when it is done.
Deleting your account does not cancel a StageCut Band Sync subscription. Cancel it yourself or you will keep being charged:
